需求背景是：新建物料时，物料主数据、BOM和工艺路线都已开发了自动执行，但发布标准价，还需要财务手动操作。就想看看会不会有发布标准价的接口

新的物料，单个发布标准价

其实是建议用成本运行批量执行的。

好的，就是执行编辑成本核算运行APP，因为有计算逻辑
