Review booklet tab does not appear on manage kpis and reports app

I would like to create a review booklet according to this blog. However, I do not see a "Review boolket" button above the screen next to "stories". How can I make it appear? Thank you.

Hello,

You need to assign the relevant Business catalog to the User Role

The relevant business catalog is SAP_CORE_BC_EXT_RVB_PC.
