Restarting ASKB

Hello, We ran ASKB and a session was created in SM35. How ever the session ended in errors and no documents were posted. Hoping to restart the whole process, deleted the BDC session but now, I do not see any open items when I run ASKB. What was done wrong and how could that be corrected? Very urgent as it is needed for year end...
