How to make a Section, in Solution Design Tab, editable when accessing Quotes from Other Quotes tab?

When creating a Quote, with Solution Design enabled, a Quote Team named Quote Owner is automatically created.
In order to have other users edit the Sections it is required to create other Team with Edit Permissions(for example Administrator Team)

Teams might be created through Excel Template during Sections creation or manually created in Quote Teams tab.
