PS Text & Milestone Attachment Issue: Template creation of WBS & Project Definition

hello,

i am trying to create and save the wbs template (cj91) from already created project (project definition & wbs elements, "Project - U001.2403 - 25 07 2024"). and this template Project Def & WBS element "Template - CJ93 - 25 07 2024" created successfully. image attached for reference.

this already created project (project definition & wbs elements, "Project - U001.2403 - 25 07 2024") has wbs elements, milestones and ps text. image attached for reference.

when later i tried to create a new project (from copy option) at screen of CJ20N with reference to this created project template (which i already created and released). the system created the new project (project definition and wbs elements, "Project - U001.2405 - 25 07 2024") but did not copied the milestones and ps texts.

if i am missing any point while creating this wbs template, please guide me so i may then further fix it.

Hello @faheem4work,

Two questions:

1. I cannot see that you have created standard milestones or ps texts in your screenshot of your standard project. These would be the prerequisites for copying them when creating a new project based on your standard project.

2. If you have done this, then when creating the project please make sure you activated the checkbox beside the "with Activities" and also the components below it. In your case: "PS Texts, "Milestones" & "Documents". This applies to both, the Project Builder as well as Project Planning Board.

Please confirm you have considered these two points and send a screenshot of the whole standard structure including the milestones and ps texts.
