No reopened journal

When trying to reopen 2009.DEC for journals posted in 2008.DEC, I get the message:

"No Reopened journal"

Also, when I click on the "View Report" it is empty, showing no journals to reopen.

What am I missing? Journals are flagged as Reopen="Y", the application parameter JRN_REOPEN is set to "Y" and I have already processed the application multiple times.

I have found it:

I have compared the SQL query from a working application by tracing the SQL statements that are launched when clicking reopen journals.

Security was not set on the entity dimension. After setting security correctly, it worked.

Have you tried the items in the solution in the link below? For example, check Reassign SQL Index and log out of Excel while processing? Hope this helps...
