Need explanation of CTX Container().Load tags

Can you point me to an explanation for the CTX tag: Container().LoadCartItems and Container().LoadKeys().Load() ?
I couldn't find documentation or microlearning videos on it.

For the CTX tag Container().LoadCartItems, this means you will pull cart items into a specific container column. You need to create a container, add a column in that container, and put the argument of the created container in brackets next to Container.
