 when i was creating BP and filled all the required details and i was trying to save then the error is appearing as Name 3 (LFA1-NAME3) is a required entry field

Unless there is a specific reason why you are using the GUI option you should use the Manage Business Partner Master Data app to create your suppliers. There may be fields only accessible via the GUI app but the creation will be better initiated through the new app. 

It looks weird since it seems that you are selecting person as the BP to be created, is this the intention? Another problem may be that, from your screenshot, you are not creating the general data first for the BP where you can find all the fields for the name, i.e. name3. Make sure you are creating the general section first. 

Try the new app and see if you get the same error message.
