Hello,
In our implementation we have KPI with periodicity bimonthly and semiannual. We want to know if it is possible to have this filters en the Scorecard.
If is not possible to do it, we want to know if is possible to do a customization SSM.
We have SSM 7.5 SP 12.
Thank you very much
If a set of KPIs is deemed to be semi annual, and all other KPIs are another periodicity, e.g. monthly, it is possible to fake the semi annual. Create all KPIs as monthly but inside PAS calculate the semiannual value for the unorthodox KPIs. Consider this example.
A KPI is based on a semi-annual staff survey that occurs in January and July. Load the data for those two months and in PAS write a proc to copy the value forward for the next five months.
Name the KPI to reflect that it is a semi-annual and make sure the time rule is set to FIRST just in case a user selects a different periodicity.
Hope this helps.

Giovanni,
Semi-annual is supported in PAS but is not supported in the SSM front end. This has been put forward in the Ideas Place and you could add your voice to request your enhancement at https://ideaplace.brightidea.com/ct/ct_a_view_idea.bix?c=1E5E1EF5-B613-4852-89D8-F0ED3A658A4C&idea_i...

Hi ,
The product does not support bimonthly or semi annual KPIs.
It is possible to do some customization to the product. However , I do not recommend doing so. It is better to talk to the business and understand if they can measure the same using a different periodicity . Else , it is always easier to convince the business on the benefits of using a monthly or quarterly periodicity and help them replicate the same scenario in SSM.
Hope this helps,
Vijay
