Hi Experts,
I have 2 questions:
1. I face an issue regarding WS78500087 & WS78500027 workflow, the workflow is running well but I need to wait more less a day to get it into the inbox. I need solution for this, is there any set up step then it can be retrieved to the inbox immediately?
2. in ICMR there is a communication button, we can use notification or email. in this case I want to use email to inform the recipient regarding variance adjustment. I have configured and assigned email template to matching method, also I have set up manage teams and responsibilities as you can see below:
but there is an information "check not performed". I need your assistance how to solve this issue and what to do thus email communication can be sent to recipient.
