I would like to know how to handle Invoice by Delivery Document with Down payment request
My client's business normal business flow to invoice by delivery documents. Over 80% order needs to do so since all business are export orders to oversea. Some orders they needs to get down payment and they would like their sales team to prepare down payment request to smooth the flow to book down payment in accounting team.
I check that there is a flow in BKJ for sales order processing with customer down payment request. It seems goods in Down payment request part.
However, this is not working with my client business since BKJ cannot create billing document form delivery document. It is becase CBAO setup in S4H public cloud is fixed with order-billing relevant instead of delivery billing relevent.
Also, when using CBAO, the sales order cannot combine other delivery document to create billing documents together. The billing document must be combined for the sales orders with delivery in my client business to fulfill the custom requirement as well as end-customer requirement.
Are there any configuration I could do to allow Order with billing plan to create billing document from delivery document in S4H public cloud/
Or Do there any other flows I could follow in order to achieve Invoice by Delivery Document with Down payment request?
