How to change templates in Manage Journal Entry Templates

I cannot change the template created by someone else in the "Manage Journal Entry Templates" app. Please tell me how to change it.

Hi,

SAP recomends to use the existing template it self. It covers the most of the standard inputs fields.

Dear Venu or other experts The person in charge created a template that is easy for they to input data. Other members also using it. However, if the person in charge leaves the company, can other members modify this template? Currently, when I try to modify it, I faced the following error. And also I cannot modify it. How can I modify it? (For example, create a new one or add authrization to the user) Please tell me if there are any other ways.
