How to Archive the BPC comments in EPM 10.1

Hello Experts,

How to move the comments from the comment table *

CMT

to

CMTA table.

Is there any program to move the comments from comment table to comment archive table.

There is a standard class avaliable CL_UJC_CMTMANAGER and method ARCHIVE_CMT which will move the comments in CMT table to archive comments table(CMTA).

I need to directly execute the method to move the comments to archive table ? Is there any program available ? Thanks in advance for the help.

To my mind archive table is useless in general... You can export old comments directly from the table to the text file and then use standard chain /CPMB/CLEARCOMMENTS to delete old comments.
