How can scorecards be implemented in BW-BPS (BW 3.5)?

Hi experts!

I have a question on how one could implement a scorecard for displaying comparision of plan versus actual data for a specific key figure. How could this be done?

I'm unable to find any scorecard graphs in Web Application Designer in BW 3.5...

Hi

To define balanced scorecards you can easily begin from transaction UMB_CUST Balanced Scorecard Design

The SAP Balanced scorecard hierarchical model is the following:

Scorecard> Strategy> Perspective> objective> initiative

So you should create all these objects according to your requirements in transaction Balanced scorecard design: UMB_CUST

Stategy: UMB_ST_NAB

Perspective UMB_PE

etc.

For the CPM BSC complete transaction codes refer to table TSTCT and filter with UMB

Hi Christian,

The balance score card feature is avilable with SEM-CPM Only/Not with BW-BPS.I think, you need to install SEM 4.0.

then build balance score card /Management Cockpit & then assign the KPI'S to it.
