I am a free lancer & Planning to attempt GRC certification C_GRCAC_10 by self study.

How & where can i get the latest documents GRC300 (Access control 10.1) & GRC100 (GRC 12.0) ?

Hi,

You'll need to get access to the SAP learning hub for the learning material.

In addition, you can get the Live Access system for GRC300. Then you'll have the config guide and excercises.

I recently worked with it. The material is quite good and the live access environment is very nice.
