GRC ARM 12 email notification

Hi,

Does anyone know possibility to include note in comments tab in email notification text to requestor upon request is closed? If it is possible, what is the exact variable to be included in the notification text?

Hi Adilah,

of course.

There is %COMMENTS% variable in standard Notification Variables Rule GRAC_NOTIF_VAR_RULE_AR. It will fill all comments for every line item (from tab User Access) and for request (tab Comments).
