GRC Access Request Management - Route requests to next approver when all line items are approved

Hello experts,

we have implemented workflow for Access Requests using two BRF+ flat rule (lineitem by lineitem):

- Initiator rule: In case of Role owner approval is needed (based on organization requirements) route the item to Role Onwer otherwise run SoD analysis and send it to compliance manager in case of risk violations.

- Routing rule: After Role owner approval run SoD analysis and send it to compliance manager in case of risk violations.

The proble that we have is that Compliance Manager receive the access request as soon as the first Item is approved and have to wait after all requests are approved.

In this case, when not there are items still pending for some Role Owners approval, is it possible keep them till all are approved before to send the ARQ to Compliance Manager?

Hi Samir,

In standard stage level configuration behavior, the stage will move (from Role Owner stage) after all approvers approved the request. Also, you may considered to set the "Approval Type" in your Role Owner stage to have "All Approver" which might help you too.
