GRC Access Request (ARM) hold functionality and SLA

Hi,

We noticed that due date for a GRC access request did not change if the request was put on hold. Is hold functionality will recalculate the due date based on configured SLA?

Hi Adilah

No, due date will not be re-calculated when request is put on hold. This is as per the design.
