SAP Firefighter login returns an error "Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon) in centralized firefighter system. ECC system FF login working fine but not MDG FF ID.

Here we are not getting ABAP dump in back end . Do you refer the same note 2212805 . Please let me know if there is any other alternative .
