I've generated the content.html file in SEN and tried insert it again. However, I now get this error when trying the view the Help menu. It tests just fine and have tried deleting the file and starting over but always the same result.
Anyone ever get this?
Error message: {"details":"7E179EEA-12052024" ,"message":"there is no file (workarea,group,GR_6308CEE9AB93BSAF ‚context.html)", "message_error_code":"UE_FILE_DOES_NOT_EXIST", "status" :404}

Sorry, I'm not sure of exactly what has caused the issue but it seems like it is having issues locating the content. Has the content been published? Is this error generated when you select a piece of content or when you open the actual Help menu? If the error relates to the opening of a specific piece of content, what URL is the system trying to open?

Everything's been published and republished. This only occurs when trying to open the Help menu in a WebDynPro app. Previously, it wouldn't publish any help for a particular t-cose, so we deleted the context.html file, re-exported it and inserted it again. Since then, this error occurs.
