Error: User data could not be obtained

Hi guys,

when starting SPM we receive an error message "User data could not be obtained".

I am guessing this could be connected to a web service issue? Nevertheless all the requested services are active in our system.

We also recently implemented the newest patch 6

Hi Tobias,

Yes, you should not be receiving this message. Are all users receiving this message or only a few. Please create a customer message with the necessary system connections and ID/password to login.

Hi Tobias

Analyzing the java logs/traces on NW would yeild some good insights into the issue.

If you are still unable to resolve, pls open a message, as Rohit suyggested and make sure you attach the logs/traces of when the issue occured.

Hi Guys,

thanks again for your replies. In the meanwhile I do not get this error anymore.

Maybe it was an issue with the PC I was working on that day?

So I cannot replicate it. I will open a message if it occurs again.
