Error message in the external connector Jco with SAP

I am facing this type of error when connecting the SAP Destination RFC with Java. The Java consultant is encountering this error in the command line.
What could this be?

Before, there was an RFCPING error. I asked the security team to add the authorization functions, and now this error log is appearing. I will send the information that you from the SAP community provided to the global team today. This topic refers to the response you gave in the other post; I asked the same question in both the new and the previous one. What you sent is a command to insert in the command line? Or inside SAP to be entered in SMGW at the path you explained? P TP=RFC_MSAFDFE HOST=10.xx.xxx.xx ACCESS=<list of application servers that should be allowed to call your JCo program> I’m not very familiar with infrastructure, but I’m learning more. Thank you for your help!
