Hi Experts,
My client is doing BRIM implementation and hence we are using FICA module for AR . For collections, we are using dunning by collection strategy. My requirement is to integrate this with FSCM . Basically my BP has a credit management role and relevant credit segment data where one of the parameters is dunning level.
1.What would be the integration point to update this parameter (dunning level) on BP with the highest dunning level or collection step ?
2. If customer makes the full payment, I want to reset this dunning level (note: I still want to keep the dunning history in table FKKMAKO , it's just that dunning will stop for this customer) so that no credit status update takes place in FSCM. Is there a standard integration for this and an enhancement is required.
Not sure, but is dunning level updated only if we are using dunning procedure.

Mukteshwari,
You can assign the creditworthiness point to the collection step as well as the credit management data. Based on the creditworthiness points you can go for a higher or lower collection step based on the risk associated with the customer. Another idea is to create a band of low, medium, and high-risk customers based on creditworthiness ( Config)
When a customer makes the full payment, the payment information will flow back to Credit Management via the standard interface.
FKKMAKO will retain the history even if the customer makes the payment.
Also, look at the dunning valuation functionality of the collection strategy.

Rahul

Thank You Rahul for your response!
So basically if I maintain the creditworthiness points on a particular collection step in the config , will this information automatically flow to credit management or do I have to do some config ? Somehow it's not working for me.
Also I tried to assign collection level to the collection step and even that doesn't flow to the credit segment data on Business partner.
