Customization of SSM(SAP Strategy Management) Dashboard

Hi,

I am new to SSM and have following doubts :

1.)     Do we have any option to customize SSM Dashboard, creating our own component ?

2.)     Could any one please point me to SDK/technology used to create custom SSM Dashboard?

3.)    Is it possible to view SSM Dashboard on any Handheld(mobile/tab) Device?

Have you tried use NetWeaver Web Services to provide data for SAP Dashboards (Xcelsius) tool?

The NetWeaver web services generate a WSDL string connection that you can use to get data into SAP Dashboards.

This`s a way that you can work developing custom Dashboards.

Actually i want to know if we can customize SSM inbuilt Dashboards?

If so, please point me to its SDK guide.

Note: My concern is to customize SSM(SAP Strategy Management) inbuilt Dashboards and not using xCelsius.

Hi Rocky,

I have not explored the option of customising the Dashboard functionality within SSM. In our organisation a strategic decision was made to rather create dashboards in Xcelsius.

The person that I always consult if there is a customisation question is Hector Guerra. He should be able to tell you what's possible and what's not(hector.guerra@sap.com).
