COPA Allocation after Operating Concern links with Company Code

Hi Expert, 

our customer has been configured the Operating Concern but never linked with a Company Code. Now it wants to start to use COPA so we are going to link the Operating Concern with the existent Company Code. 

The question is, if we will go to activate today the link and we will go to configure the system with COPA Allocation Cycle and creating a PA Transfer Structure from WBS to PSG, we will be able to allocate in COPA also the costs and revenues occurred before our setting (for example February, March revenue and costs)?
