Hi Team,
We have service apartment, initial agreement need to be generated full invoice irrespective of the utilization. Invoice generated for all the rooms which are assigned to the contract and performed the invoices as per agreement, but now in the same agreement some of rooms are not used due to various reason (summer vacation) , and now customer is asking to create the billing/invoice based on occupancy, how will create the invoice based on the consumption or Utilization an existing contract.
1. Can we create an invoice on existing contract based on the occupancy of the rooms.?100 Rooms are assigned to the contract in that active utilization, invoice should be generate only 50 rooms.
2.How to create a consumption-based invoice on existing contract.

1. Measurement type need to be update every time in the Room (rental unit) level whenever the check ins are place right?
- Differing Measurement Type should be assigned in the contract, create a measurement type eg: Occupancy and assign it against the contract type in differing measurement tab.
Option 2,Make use of the sales-based settlement, create invoices, and record the invoice value using the sales report according to the business frequency.
- Create monthly sales rule and reporting rule, Use 100% as Sales based rent, and update the sales report monthly with occupancy invoice values (eg: 400 units of occupancy value)
