Calendar day TIME dimension in BPC10

Hi There,

I am trying to setup a custom time dimension in BPC10 ( BW740 SP15 and BPC810 SP10).

Time dimension has calendar days, weeks, months and years.

Looks like I am not able to correctly configure the properties so that Parents gets correctly aggregated.

At the moment, only the $value on last day of the month is shown as the total for entire month.

Can you please guide how to set this up correctly?

Here is how some of the masterdata rows looks like:

Thanks,

PS

Find attached 2018.01 master data and report snapshot after removing Weeks from hierarchy.

Well, I removed weeks from the hierarchy. Now under month 2018.01, I just have days 2018.01.01 to 2018.01.31.

Still behaves same way. only the value from last day is shown as total for the month.

Weeks are assigned to each month so that they don't flow in two months. For ex. Week 2018.01.W5 ends on date 2018.01.31 and new week 2018.02.W1 starts for date 2018.02.01.

Do you think this should work?

Sorry, but in this case you will have weeks with different number of days! Absolutely useless from the business point of view - impossible to compare weeks!

So its just Days, Months and Years in the hierarchy then?

Is there a way I can get Weeks in?

Sorry, but it's obvious that it's not possible to have weeks and months in the same hierarchy!

Single week can be a part of month1 and month2...

Sorry, but weeks can't be children of months! Something wrong with the logic...

It is a periodic model.

OK, then please provide full info about TIME dimension with all properties used!

Full info is not provided!

But:

"At the moment, only the $value on last day of the month is shown as the total for entire month." - may be the model is YTD?
