Calculating values in the allocation cycle

i don't understand how the system calculate the values on the allocation cycle.

I attach a pictures where i explain all allocation rules.

Someone can help me to understand the mathematical calculation it performs?

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Finance" for this question, as Allocation Cycles are related to Finance Line of Business.
