To prevent particular users to enter data in particular periods?
Bad idea!
If some period is locked by work status - it's locked for everybody. Only selected users are able to unlock it temporary to post data.
And security for time dimension is always a bad idea.
Theoretically you can write UJW_LOCKOUT_SCHEDULE_BADI with user check, but it's a complex task.
