Backend error per interval metric for raters and guiders in SAP CC 5.0 in Wily Introscope

Hi Experts,

I don't see Backend->CC_CORE_03 on xxxxx(Sysbase DB)->error per interval metric for raters and guiders in SAP CC 5.0 in Wily Introscope but the same metric is available for other instances.

Is it deprecated in SAP CC 5.0 for Raters & Guiders? If yes, what is the alternate metric? If no, why I cannot see the metric in Wily Introscope?

Hello,

you will find list and documentation of all existing metrics in the SAP CC 5.0 documentation : Metric Reference and Performance Troubleshooting.

If you don't retrieve a specific metric, it means that this metric didn't have been yet initialized. You will see this metric appear only once one error occurs.

Thanks for your input. But for other instances except raters & guiders I can see the life line on the metric even there is no error occurred.

Hello Mohammed,

I checked with people in charge of Wily metrics in SAP CC dev team, you are right. These metrics are no more present for Rater and Guider for performances purpose. In a real time context, these metrics increase drastically the latency.

The SAP CC documentation is not up to date. I have open an incident in order to fix this doc issue.

The documentation will be updated when the SP 02 of SAP Convergent Charging 5.0 will be released. It should be in May 2018.
