Analysis for Office Edition for BPC Optimised for S4HANA

Hi Experts,

we are planning to set up the SAP BPC Optimised for S4HANA and do the planning with Analysis for Office. Should we license in this case AfO separately or it is included in the SAP BPC Optimised for S4HANA package. If yes, what version of AfO is in license included?

I know there is one version AfO for SAC Edition, however I am not sure if we can use it also for the BPC Optimised for S4HANA or we must buy the Full Version:

SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office (Formerly SAP BusinessObjects Analysis for Microsoft Office)

Any suggestion on this one please?

Hi regysm21,

BPC license include the usage of AfO( latest version), any licensed user of BPC is also licensed to AfO.

AfO version for SAC can only used for SAC, AfO full version is need for BPC usage. BTW, the full version includes the support for SAC.
