Hi,
We are using SAP BPC NW Release 7.50.10 .
Suddenly,When i try to log in into SAP BPC it is throwing me this error.
The user ID, password or Domain cannot be authenticated. Go back and make sure you entered valid credentials.
401: unauthorized
I have faced this error before, but at that time we tried re install the GUI and It went fine. But now i tried re install the GUI many times but its not working this time.
I have tried with different releases.
But, with the same Login Credentials. It is working fine on other environments.
The problem is only with my PC.
I have gone through the threads and notes that are posted in this site
SAP Note: 1540512
http://scn.sap.com/thread/1976094
But no use.
Could some one help me out with this?
Hi Friends,
My issue has been sorted out thanks.
The problem is sorted out when i tried to login with the server IP address instead of the Server name.
Thanks,
Hemanth

Hi Hemanth,
Could you please run BPC server diagnostic and look for any errors over there?
Also,
1. Check ABAP service users are unlocked.
2. COM+ components exist or not? if they do,so make the pooling value for osoftlogging, osoftusermanage, osoftfilemanage to four(4). please follow pg-29 of instalation guide.
3. Check your MDX PARSER RFC connection is working or not.....
4. Try login to apshell with user mentioned in sysadmin field of table UJA_SVR_DEFAULT in bw system.
5. Have you configured MSMQ properly?
6. Are you ale to login Osoft web page?
7. If you are using Windows 7, please turn off the UAC.
