Dear All,

SAP CPQ - DocuSign Integration

DocuSign integration enables you to send a quote to customer, so they can e-sign the document and send back to sales representative. This shortens the time needed for the entire process to be completed and allows sales representatives to close their deals faster.

The instructions below explain how to integrate a demo tenant with DocuSign. Please note that DocuSign recommends that you do not add files larger than 25MB to an envelope.

Why its essential ?

DocuSign eSignature aggregates all of your uploaded files into a PDF for a secure signing experience. You can add files in any of our many supported file formats, such as Word documents

DocuSign brings them all together into a single, tamper-sealed PDF. You can view the document image directly in the application, or you can download the PDF file for viewing, sharing, and printing.

When you download or print a PDF from DocuSign eSignature, it presents the current state of your document. In process documents bear an "In Process" watermark, and you can see any information or signatures from signers who have already finished signing. Only completed envelopes show the signing information for all recipients.
