SAP RE was implemented some years ago but was not configured for various reasons to meet the users need. We are now faced with a re-implementation probably Flexible Real Estate possibly using Personas to provide a better UI.
From my understand of Personas we need to keep the base system as vanilla as possible with no customisation and then do any customisation using Personas.
Is there any other things that should be considered when re-implementing the system?
