Mass Maintenance of Risk owners and Mitigation Control owners

The Risk Owners mass maintenance feature provides flexibility of maintaining multiple risk Owners at a time. You can do this by uploading an XML file using a template or you can directly edit the table where the risk owners are displayed. You can change the risk owners' assignments as well as adding new risk owners.

The Mitigation Control Owners mass maintenance feature provides flexibility of maintaining multiple mitigation control owners at a time.  You can do this by uploading an XML file using a template or you can directly edit the table where the mitigation control owners are displayed.

Invalid Mitigation Controls

This functionality will automate the process of:

• Removing mitigating control assignments when they are no longer applicable to a user.


• Extending mitigation control assignments validity for a user when they have expired.

Business Role Versioning

This functionality enables you to:

• Have an active and an Inactive version of a business role.


• Users can edit business roles without affecting the active version of the business role.

Firefighter ID Review

This functionality provides a workflow-based review and approval process for access requests.

The periodic reviews of Firefighter ID access are performed by Owners and Controllers, and the system automatically generates the requests based on the company’s internal control policies.

Once the FF owner and controller confirms the FF ID removal from the user, GRC can automatically submit a FF ID removal request.

Mass Upload and Download of EAM User Assignments

This functionality provides administrators to upload or download and change EAM information quickly.

Administrators can download any or all the Firefighter, Controller, or Owner existing data or templates in an XML format. Then you can make any corrections or additions to the data and upload the files into the system(s).

Risk Analysis in BRM

This enhancement provides two parameters which can be maintained from SPRO which will mandate risk analysis when roles are maintained from BRM.

The parameters are the following:

3041: Perform mandatory risk analysis during role maintenance

3042: Do not allow role maintenance with risks
