Ztable creation

Is there any harm in creating ZTables. Why people were worried about creating ZTables..

If i create any ZTable, is there any harm when i go for upgradation or any patches updation.

Please clarify

Hello,

There are no problems with ZTables for upgrade and patch application. The only problem is that somebody has to maintain them with proper maintenance transactions and authorizations in test/productive environments.
