ZEMA in MN04

Dear All,

I have maintained ZEMA in MN04 for purchase order to be sent my email.

When i create PO, by default ZEMA is not appearing in messages screen.

But Printout(NEU)  and fax(ZFAX) is appearing by default.I can able to select ZEMA from the F4 screen.

Is there any setting to be done to make ZEMA to appear by default?

Please advice.

After you manually add ZEMA output, select the output type and use menu path Go To --> Determination analysis. This is similar to pricing analysis. It will tell you what exactly you have missed.

Hi,

Check If the check box 'access to conditions' is ticked under general data tab in the step 'maintain message types for P.O' in the IMG

path: IMG->MM-> Purchasing->Messages-> Output control-> Message types-> Define message types for P.O.

Also check whether the condition is determined manually ( see whether check box manual only' is ticked) under the control data for message schema in the step 'Define message schema for P.O.

Go to MN05 and input your Condition type / Message type ZEMA and execute. Then select the Message type ZEMA and click on Communication and here Input the Printer name as LP01 also select Print immediatelty and Release after Output.

Now Create a New Purchase order in ME21N and check in Messages after inputting all the required parameters.

Manually i can input the parameters while creating PO.

The requirement is need to appear ZEMA(Po by email) automatically as appears for PO print(Neu).

You add the printer name as LP01 and check boxes Print immediately and Release after output in MN05 for ZEMA output type. It will default the message time from next time. try first.

I just checked now again. Selecting the boxes Print immediately and Release after output are not such necessary unless you need them. But, if you donot add the Output device in MN05 for your output it doesnt default the message type in purchasing document. If you add it then it will default. Just check once.
