Wrong ESI Calculation

Hi All,

I have maintained the ESI deduction as 1.75-EE, 4.75-ER .

The total gross of the employee is 8200 ,so idealy the ESI EMP Contri should be--144 where as it is coming as 121.

Even the same is happening with ER Contri ,here i am sharing the RT please guide me.

• /3E1 Ee ESI cont 121,00

• /3E2 Er ESI cont 328,00

hI Raj:

Check the Cumulation class 12 for all the applicable ESI earning components, I am sure this is bcos of few components might have missed out so ESI is coming less.

Any check your RT Log and let us know wat is the value coming against WT's /101, /112. /113, all individually.
