Hi all,
I need your advice on something if you dealt with a similar problem.
We are using S/4 HANA Public Cloud as backend with Field Service Management (FSM).
We want to use Service Bundles with Fixed price for service orders so that only the top level bundle item can be billed to customer.
We create a service order with items like below. As you can see in the picture, REPAIR is a sub-item of bundle product:
When this is released to FSM, it creates a service call:
In the dispatching board, only REPAIR activity is seen, which makes sense, and we assign it to engineer. Engineer confirms travel and service for REPAIR activity, as well as a part is consumed for the same activity.
However, when T&M Journal is confirmed, it seems like system tries to put the additional spare part item under the repair item rather than the bundle item; hence the error:
There is no modification in CPI level for the confirmation except for rounding of travel quantity (post exit).
Are we doing something wrong, or do we need to do some further config in FSM/ CPI or S/4?
