Workflow Substitute - Is it possible to create a substitute for a single Workflow Task?

Hi Experts,

Currently when creating a Substitute via SBWP, the other user sees all tasks/items assigned to the original user the items are assigned to.

Is it possible to create a substitute, not for all tasks/items, but for one specific task only? if so, how can this be achieved?

Hi,

yes, the single task should be classified and a new rule should be created with that class only.

Hello Laszlo, is it possible same solution in sap s4 hana public cloud as it shows no more option except all tasks or tasks in workflows approval in sustitute.
