Workflow Rule for Project Stock Order Creation

I'm looking for a way for a notification or email to be sent to someone when a project stock order is created. Does anyone know if this is possible? I know there are workflow rules available for projects, but everything I've tried has been unsuccessful in achieving what I am looking for.

In the current release, we do not have the business object Project Stock Order under workflow rules for selection. This can be taken as a new requirement and we kindly request you to post in influence site - https://influence.sap.com/SAPByDesign

Based on the number of votes by other customers and partners, this will be taken up by the product management team.
