WM staging 0 qty propesed

We have followed 6NI to setup supply to production. THe only issue we seem to not be able to overcome is that when we click the WM staging we get the error :

wmstaging success : WM staging of materials not completed for entire quantity 

No materials are proposed for staging so because of this we cannot automate the picking tasks.

@Christian_Ries any help would great. we entered ticket but they directed us to post in the community

I watched the demo. I'm sorry Im not sure how it was helpful. I have all things believed to be setup correct, Are you saying we have to set a min. and max in the PSA if we only want to stage what is relevenat for single order to be exactly what we need for the order?

The main factors are the setup in the /SCWM/PSASTAGE - which minimum quantities, maximum quantities, replenishment quantities have been defined and which quantity calculation type. Then the question is how many PMRs are in the system, how much stock in on the PSA already, are there open warehouse tasks that point to the PSA already. Can you share your set-up and walk me through your thought process?
