While doing the PA20 system throuing the Program Error

Hi,

One of of user (HR user) trying pa20 for him system throuing the program Error.

He has authorization and the roles are also assigned perfectly.

Kindly help on this issue.

When that user has the error message on screen, has he tried to enter t-code /nsu53 to get the authorization report ?

If so, what does it say ?
