While creating a Sales Quote I haven't access to pricing. What could cause that?

You mean to say you were not able to see the pricing and invoice tab in your sales quote screen while creating the quote?

I meant when I tried to create a Sales Quote referenced to the earlier created project the pricing fields – pricing, discounts, etc. were grey, were not filled with any numbers and I couldn't edit them either.

Looks like I've already found what caused the problem, it was a discrepancy in the content of the project and the sales quote.

In this case you should raise an incident to the company , send the issue to your admin to resolve it .
