Which table could search customer# by company code?

Hi,

I found an very strange thing as when i tried to search customer# by company code with XD03 transaction, there always showed 'no values found'.

Anyway, is there any table could help me get corresponding customer list under one company code??

The table for customer by company is KNB1.

Hello Hoo Laa,

In XD03, when you do an F4 on customer, there is a tab Customers by Company Code..U input ur company code here, and it'll list out all the customers for that co code.

Let us know, what problem exactly did U face?

Actually i just did that way in XD03 by inputing the co code, then search corresponding customer under that co..

But the strange thing is the system shows no items found..

But in KNB1, there do have many customers found under that co code...

Could anyone know how come this could happen??

Hi Hoo,

Please go to FD03 transaction then check are you able to get the customers by company code or not.

If you are able to getting here means the sales area data not correct which you have given in XD03 transaction.

This might be a technical problem with the Stnd Search Help..

check in SE11, for the Search Help DEBI--this should be activated. CHeck with your tech team on this..

Hi,

Have you try with another matchcode as MM03, ... ?

Maybe, the problem can come to the version of SAPGUI.

Check in OSS.

Please check F4 function for other field is it working or not

Hello Hoo Laa,

Some simple checks, I would suggest:

1) Create a customer via XD01, for the same cop code and check if this appears in XD03?

2) in CO09, try F4 for Material see if there are values coming up?

If neither of the above works, then check with ur BASIS Consultant, if there was any patch that was applied and take it with them...

Hi the co code i am using is '0001'..

Whether there anything mattered with the number is started with 000?

Cause when i tried to use ' *1 '

It showed all the customers under co code which the last digits is 1.

In this case, check the consistency of the search help C_T001 with the help of a BASIS Consultant/ Technical Consultant.

Hi Hoo,

Check with KNB1 table it related to customer company code data.

Go to SE16 enter KNB1 table then execute you can get the data.
