Where to Start in learning SAP ???

Hi all,

I've been in IT for about 12 years and recently I had an opportunity and join the SAP Basis team supporting SAP Business process and Applications. I am new to SAP and am reaching out to everyone for guidance in where to start learning SAP. SCN seems like a good place to start. I appreciate any help / inputs / suggestions !!!
