When importing CAMT.053 bank statement, error Bank Account Management has no entry with bank key

When importing CAMT.053 bank statement, error Bank Account Management has no entry with bank key xx even though config for bank key and bank account is correct.  Manual change of xml file to move the bank key (sort code) in to the BIC tag and then it will upload.  Has anyone come across this?  its with Lloyds bank who say they cannot amend the format of the xml from their side

Thanks - solution was to add bank key and bank account number into the Alternate Bank Acct ID Field. Now works fine.
