Hello there
The question about an equivalent to customer hierarchy from on-prem has been asked and answered a few times. That is, where do I find customer hierarchy in S/4HC? Answer: it's not there.
But there doesn't seem to be a clear view on what should be used to meet this requirement.
Is the answer to use another SAP solution (like C/4) to map customer structures and relationships?

Seems you can create customer hirarchies since 2111 - Manage Customer Hierarchy - SAP Help Portal
But the use is a bit different as you might know from on-premise systems. After creating a customer hierarchy you can filter for it in flexible analysis. It works the same way as for product hierarchies.
Customer hierarchies will so far not be shown in a sales order or as a role in partner functions.
