What is the difference between Wage type M003 and M010?

Which one is used in which situation

As Remi has mentioned M010 is not applicable for US but is used in other countries like Australia and can be used as a model wage type for a monthly wage i.e for a salaried employee and M003 represents an amount that a salaried employee is paid for in a pay period.

For what Country Code (MOLGA) ?
