Hi experts,
We are starting a rollout for a template implemented for UK to Germany. There are a few differences in the processes as well as the languages and time zones.
I was wondering if we should create a new company within FSM for this or we should go with the same company code.
We have S/4 HANA Public Cloud Backend and CPI for the integration. If we go with multiple companies, seems like we need to add new communication arrangements in S/4 and also modify some configurations in CPI (I am not a CPI expert, just guessing here)
On the other hand, if we go with one company, auto scheduling, some business rules etc. can be complicated.
What is the best practice for such a setup?
Many thanks in advance

Hello isilozel_ltim,
Currently, we only support integration of service in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, with one company in FSM tenant. We have not tested this integration with multiple companies set-up so we cannot provide concrete feedback. But I foresee issues with account level configurations and data which will be cascaded to all the available companies under an account in FSM tenant.
Warm regards,
Dequan Xu
